Training in avotrac accommodates a student population that cuts through the length and breadth of society. Its curricular is designed to suit youths of literate age, married and singles; English and French speaking.
At avotrac we desire to accompany our trainees through their respective careers until they can be sustained. Success is the only thing that is rooted in learning; formal or informal. The Holy Spirit states in Joshua 1:8: “This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous and then you shall have good success”
Drawing inspiration from this exhortation from the Holy Scriptures, it is safe to encourage prospective students /trainees of Avotrac to behold the learning process offered by Avotrac that is intended to inculcate useful skills in them.
At Avotrac, Administration is focused on assiduity both on the part of Instructors as students. Each student like Instructor signs in and out of a lock book that records effective attendance of lecture/practical sessions and delivery of lessons. The hours allocated for each course must be covered and that is taken into consideration during the student’s assessment and grading. We intend to send out sound trainees who will not only be seen and heard as having graduated from Avotrac, but will be known as having passed through a learning process.

As I introduce AVOTRAC, my aim is to build and empower a generation that will be dependent on their skills and on the guidance of the Holy Spirit as they pursue their career goals. I yearn for a youth population that will become:

Many will say the skills, that are offered in Avotrac can be learnt in the quarters from half – baked Instructors. The saying is sure; one can only give that which he has… Avotrac consist of a team of Instructors who combine their respective know-how to guarantee a complete and holistic training of the students… come on board and the end result will speak for itself…
